Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with an open fire, as well as a utility. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Orchard Cottage is an excellent modernised cottage for families. Note: Please ensure dogs are kept in the kitchen
