Park Side is a home from home property, set in West Wittering village and only a 15 minute walk from the beach. With shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs literally on your doorstep this lovely cottage is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything the Wittering's have to offer.
The large living room is a comfortable spot to wind down in, in the evenings after a long day at the beach or for a winter retreat in front of the electric fireplace. The dining room is connected to the living room and to the kitchen via a serving hatch. The modern and well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room which has the washing machine, clothes airer and extra cupboard space.
There is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, just off the dining room, which has a snug area and a shower en-suite. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms; 1 large twin room, 1 twin room, 1 master double bedroom and a single room. This property can sleep up to 10 people as there is an extra single foldaway bed (which is kept in the master double bedroom cupboard). Within the property there are 3 bathrooms in total; 1 shower en-suite in the downstairs bedroom, 1 W/C downstairs and a bright airy family bathroom upstairs.
Park Side is a family friendly property which has 2 highchairs, 2 toddler chairs, children's cutlery and tableware and a travel cot (kept in the master bedroom cupboard) available for guest use.
