The Space:
There is no doubt you will be spoilt for choice when staying local. However, if you wish to venture a little further afield out of the village, it is a great base to explore the rolling countryside of Charnwood, Leicestershire. We recommend you take a walk through the enchanting Bradgate park, experience the free running deer and quaint cafes. Or you might like to take a visit to The Great Central Railway station for its theatrical history or even Stonehurst Family Farm and Motor Museum, here you will also find a fantastic Michelin Star Restaurant “John’s House” that we strongly recommend you try to make a reservation for your stay.

On entering the property from the front path into the cosy lounge area, you will see it is furnished with an open fireplace, large flat screen smart tv and leather sofas. The lounge then leads onto the dining room, giving you access to the stairs and the kitchen.
In the dining room a large window looks out on to the garden space, a dining table to seat 4-5 people, and an array of fantastic artwork and antique furniture pieces to catch your eye.
Following on from the dining room there is the kitchen space, well equipped with oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, and many other amenities. Park View Cottage is a much loved home therefore kitted out with everything you should need on your stay away from home.
The garden is accessed from the kitchen, a beautiful sunny space to enjoy on warm summer evenings with dining space for 4-6 people, a BBQ, outdoor heater, 2 deck chairs and a firepit to roast your marshmallows on after dinner.
Upstairs you will find the master double bedroom at the front of the house with beautiful views overlooking Stafford Orchard, the village park, and a large cupboard to hang and store your belongings.
The second double bedroom is equipped with double bed, a hanging rail, and views of the garden.
Finally, as you wonder down the corridor you will find the bathroom with roll top free standing bath, walk in shower and stylish décor.
