This spacious two bedroom home is based in a great location which is 2 miles away from city centre. This beautiful home has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, conservatory and dedicated office with a private garden which will make you feel like you're at home.
Located within the heart of Nottingham City, just south of the River Trent, Wilford is a fantastic village in the city of Nottingham with great transport links.
The space
There are local shops, supermarkets and pubs nearby all in walking distance.
The Tailors Arms, gastropub is located on Wilford Lane, which is a 2 minute walk from the house. On the same road, you will also find an award winning Fish and Chip shop (The Cods Scallops) and a Starbucks for the coffee lovers. The Ferry Inn Pub is a 10 minute walk down the main road towards the River Trent, which is a firm favourite of all locals .
West Bridgford, is a 20 minute leisurely walk or 5 minute drive that has many great restaurants, bars and lovely independent shops. Nottingham City Centre can be reached in 10 minutes on the local bus and tram, which has stops within walking distance from the property.
Nottingham's 2 football grounds (Forest and County) and the world renowned Trent Bridge Cricket Ground are a 15 minute walk from the property, and this area is surrounded by some of the areas best pubs and eateries.
For the rainy days or family nights in, there are a number of board games available at the property which all guests are more than welcome to use.

Nottingham City Centre can be reached in 15 minutes on the bus/tram.
Local Attractions
Iremongers Pond and Orchard are lovely wildlife areas, just walk towards the River and you'll see this area opposite the Ferry Inn pub. The River Trent is lovely for walking alongside in either direction, turning right (Eastwards) there are many bridges that cross the River allowing for circular walks. A long out-and-back walk to Beeston and The Attenborough Nature Reserve can be enjoyed by crossing the River Trent at the Clifton Bridge or Wilford Footbridge and walking westwards (3hr walk there and back, ~10 miles).
