You, your family or friends will be a stones throw away from the seaside and very close to everything in Southend when you stay at city beach 2, centrally located in the town. The property can sleep up to 8 people. Making it the ideal holiday home for families and friends alike: We are super hosts in the adjoining property and have maintained this since 2020. This is the upper apartment.
The space
This beautiful bright apartment can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There is a double bedroom hosting a super comfortable double bed. A twin bedroom hosting two single beds and the living room has two sofa beds allowing for the extra people to stay if required.
There is a really lovely bathroom, fitted with a shower and a bath to aid your relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything that you would need to cook for your family/friends including a full size oven and a small fridge with mini freezer. All bedding and towels are provided.

The property is 1 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from Adventure island and 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
We do allow well behaved dogs to stay here however we request that you message us first before instantly booking to make sure that they are suitable as they will need to be walked to use the toilet.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property. This property is the upper flat on the first floor. Unfortunately this does not include the courtyard garden as this can only be accessed via the downstairs property.
Other things to note
We provide parking permits for one car to park on the street. However parking is free from 6pm to 9am so if you are not needing to park your car within the restricted times you do not need a permit. We kindly request that you only use them as needed as they are like gold dust. We can give you further parking details if you have more than one car with you.
