The space
Enter the property down a graveled driveway and you will find ample parking Spencer next to the double garage. To the right there is an archway, walk through the archway, down the path and you will find the key safe next to the side door. Enter into the hallway with a downstairs toilet- and a utility room on the left, the large farmhouse style kitchen is to the right. Here you will find a range of cooking appliances, a coffee machine and breakfast table. Off the kitchen there is another large downstairs toilet/cloakroom.
You can then walk through into the dining room with a larger table. There is a large living room to the left with plenty of seating and a log fire place. On the right, there is a hallway with front door and stairs leading up to the first floor.
There is a snug leading off the hallway with a seating area, tv and conservatory. There is some gym equipment available here also.
Upstairs to the right, there is a large family bathroom next to a double bedroom. Down the hallway, there is another double bedroom to left and large bath/shower room at the end.
To the left, there is a double bedroom and a Super-king bedroom.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house bar one bedroom which is used a storage for the host's belongings.
