A huge open-plan kitchen with luxurious sofas and smart TV. Rochester High Street has fabulous eateries and coffee shops.

This modern and luxurious house is great for both short and long stays.

The space
A newly released luxurious 3-bedroom house with modern fixings is located within 2 minutes of walking distance from the Rochester train station and 4 minutes of walking distance from historic Rochester High Street. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit Rochester (castle & cathedral), the historic Chatham Dockyard, and the Royal Engineers Museum, as all of these tourist attractions are within a short walking distance, which makes the property a perfect location of choice for holidaymakers, corporate clients as well as for those who are looking for family staycations.

The property offers very modern facilities, such as a large ensuite king-size bedroom, 1 family bathroom, and 1 large lounge with an open-plan kitchen, providing a perfect place for our guests a relaxing place for vacation. This property also has a wide-screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable settees, as well as a private parking facility for 2 (two) cars.

We offer remote access with easy self-check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of a spacious family living room with a large open-plan kitchen, a dining area for up to 5 people, plenty of storage facilities, and a downstairs lounge. It also leads to a well-maintained garden, offering our guests a perfect place to relax.

First Floor

A staircase from the ground floor hall leads upstairs to a large ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The first floor also has one large family bathroom and two further bedrooms: one single and one double with modern furniture. All of these bedrooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of wardrobe spaces and extra furniture provided for our guests a luxurious stay.

Outside

The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful riverside view. This beautiful property is located between Rochester train station and the Medway River. The train station is within 2 minutes of walking distance for those customers who don’t want to drive to get in and out of Rochester. But most importantly, all of the local amenities, such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and many more eateries, are within a 4-minute walking distance from the property. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking

Free double parking space for 2 cars.

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Travel Cot & Highchair

A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.
