A spacious period 5 bed home on the beautiful Gower peninsula with spectacular sea views.
Great for hosting family get-togethers, avid walkers, fishermen and water sports enthusiasts. With our comfy beds, big living spaces, large garden, outdoor eating/seating areas and being only 3 mins walk from the local sandy beach and a short drive from the famous Rhossili surfing beach and other white sandy beaches that are never crowded even in the height of summer
we are sure you will love your stay!
The space
You are welcomed when you arrive at our home with a large drive way enough for multiple cars.
As you enter our home on the bottom floor you have a huge dining and kitchen area with a central island and a large extendable dining table containing seating for up to 12 people. On the bottom floor you will also find a toilet room and a utility room along with a Living room which has multiple sofas to relax on In front of the working fire.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms one housing two single beds and the other two holding double beds. You are treated to not one but two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bath!.
On the upper level you have a further two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with four single beds.
Outside of the house you will find a huge garden with seating areas and to the bottom of the garden another space to park a further car.
You have a garden door located on the wall allowing easy access to walk to the Beach and so you don't have to walk as far coming back after your amazing beach adventure.

Other things to note
There is a kayak located on the grounds however this isn't to be used.
The Fire in the dining area can be used but a charge for the wood applies.
