The space
A beautifully presented 3 bed detached house with living space set over 2 floors. Private rear garden.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a separate w/c. The living room has a smart TV and electric wood burner effect fire.
The Kitchen is spacious with all modern amenities. There is a separate utility area.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms - one with King bed, the second with a double bed and single bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have ample storage and hanging space.
There is also a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house (although two further bedrooms are locked).
Other things to note
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have a travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay
