Utility/shower room with separate shower, basin & WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and snug with woodburning stove.

The last 50 yards of the 150 yard walk from the car park to the house is very steep, narrow and windy but worth it for the glorious views and tranquil location. Terrace with garden table and 7 chairs are provided and secure gate leads to steep wooded valley. One small well behaved dog welcome only (additional charge applies) must remain in the open plan room and not allowed on any soft furnishings or carpets. Welcome pack provided. Sorry, no smoking.
