Positive: Very comfortable and lovely location

Negative: Some of the utensils were dirty, some furniture was was past it’s best, kitchen chairs and upstairs sofas. Instructions were not left out, found in a cupboard. Reception staff had a total lack of interest when we arrived. When I rang to check on booking in I was told to go to reception and they would show us where to go. Didn’t happen quite like that. Went back at 7.50 asked if we could dine there and told dining finished 8, asked for any recommendation’s locally, reply “don’t know”. Very poor communication or interest.
