Cedar House is reverse level with a king-size bedroom on the ground floor, boasting an en-suite shower room and Smart television, and a spacious twin bedroom opposite the hallway. You will also find the large, modern family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and overhead shower.
Upstairs, the open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen space with a high gloss finish and everything needed to cook up a family meal; leading into the dining area with table seating four guests.
The cosy sitting room area enjoys comfortable seating and a Smart television, as well as far reaching views over the countryside and a wood burning stove for those colder evenings; the balcony is the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak up the views of your surroundings.
Cedar House has a private patio area towards the back of the property, with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine. Situated just walking distance from St Agnes town centre, where you will find an array of cafes, restaurants and shops.
