The cottage also has a first floor kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a first floor sitting room with gas fire and a boiler room for storing boots. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a garage, a front, enclosed first floor sun terrace with furniture, a rear, enclosed terraced garden and a front garden with grassed area and a variety of trees. Rockcliffe is a great family base close to many places to visit.
