There is one bedroom and large shower room on the main floor with 4 further large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a Utlity room on the ground floor. The large relaxing sitting room, open plan modern kitchen and dining area on the main floor all have sea views. The large balcony reached by patio doors from the dining area is perfect for al fresco dining. There are exterior stairs from the balcony down to the garden and a side gate to the road leading to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower area and a summer house with deck for your use. There is private parking for two cars and a further designated signed space on Ferniclose for one car.
