It's also just a short stroll to the South Downs in one direction - or to the seafront promenade if the beach is more your thing.
This Exclusively Eastbourne property is a split-level maisonette, set above a high-end cycle store, so there are stairs involved (would not suit those with mobility issues).

This first floor includes a huge dining kitchen, with a large table seating up to eight, a big range cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer (great for walkers coming back a bit damp!). Doors from the dining area open to a decked roof terrace area.
To the front of this floor is a large, separate lounge complete with two leather sofas and a cosy, big velour armchair.
This floor has one of the two bathrooms, which has a huge, indulgent tub - ideal for a post hike soak.
Up on the top floor are the three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests in total. The roomy master bedroom boasts a super kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a kingsize four poster bed, and the third is a bunkbed room ideal for children (although the beds will accommodate adults too).
This floor has a large bathroom with a separate shower and deep tub, plus another separate toilet.
Wifi, plus all linen and regular towels are provided (please pack your beach towels). Parking is on street and restrictions apply - we can provide parking permits for £2 per car, per day.
Meads village high street includes the popular Ship Inn and the Pilot - both great for pub food - plus a great Chinese restaurant. There is a Tesco to pick up your groceries, although you may be drawn to the high end prepared meals in the Cook shop. Eastbourne centre, with a larger array of shops, restaurants and attractions, is just a 20 minute walk.
