The house can sleep 10 in comfort with 3 bathrooms , one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, ideal for guests with limited mobility.

* The house is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud music, the noise level in the house is monitored and guests will be asked to reduce the sound level if it exceeds 75 decibels for longer than 10 minutes, we ask guests not to use the Hot Tub after 10pm so as not to disturb our neighbours
* It is a good walk or short drive in to town or to the beach
