Shalom is a large, well-equipped, holiday home with five bedrooms sleeping eight guests comfortably, and two bathrooms, The living areas comprise of a sociable kitchen dining room, a large sitting room with ample seating for all guests, and a conservatory overlooking the garden and pond. You can relax with the conservatory doors open, listening to the waterfall and watching the fish play. The garden is a real feature of this holiday home and is ideal for adults and children alike. For the grown-ups there is a large dining area, a raised deck with sun lungers and a summer house. For the children there is a beach hut style playhouse, swings and slide, picnic tables and a selection of outdoor garden games. Shalom is in Kingsdown, and just a few minutes’ walk into the centre of the village which has a local store and post office, a butchers and a friendly pub. A must-visit destination is The Zetland Arms on the beach. The vibrant town of Deal is approximately two miles away. For those wishing to cycle or walk, there is a beautiful coastal cycle and walking path that runs along the entire beach-front and takes you to Walmer Castle, past quiet beaches and into the heart of Deal.
