You are only a short 1 minute walk from Cheltenham Bath Road featuring lots of Coffee shops, Pubs, local Shops and Restaurants.
A 10 minute drive from Cheltenham Racecourse!
Cheltenham College is located a 3 minute walk away from the property.
Located a short 5 minute drive from Leckhampton where you can go for a long walk amongst the beautiful Countryside. We recommend Leckhampton Hill, which has amazing views!
The Cotswolds is only a 30 minute drive away.
Kitchen / Conservatory:
As you walk in the property, you are greeted with a Spacious and Modern hallway that leads to the brand new Kitchen / Dining Room & Conservatory.
There is ample amounts of seating for up to 8 people to all enjoy the space together. Including a breakfast bar with stools, a round dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa with a TV on the wall in the conservatory.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.
All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine.
We also have a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, all for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee! We also provide complimentary salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing detergent & dishwasher tablets.
Ground Floor Bathroom:
There is a WC room to the right as you walk into the property. This features a toilet, sink & washing machine to use.
Living Room:
As you walk upstairs, to your left is the Living Room. Featuring a Large Sofa Bed (that can be made up on request), another cosy Sofa, a Coffee Table, Lamp, TV on the wall and a Side Cabinet underneath the TV for storage.
We have multiple board games inside the cupboard too!
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.
Please note the house has three different levels (Ground Floor, First Floor & Second Floor) these all include stairs to access.
Bedroom 1:
On the same level as the living room is the first bedroom. There is a double bed in this room with an en-suite. A TV fitted to the wall, bedside tables and a hanging rail for you to hang your clothes. The en-suite features a shower, toilet, sink, LED mirror and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2:
Up the next floor is the second bedroom to your right. You will find a double bed in this room with an en-suite.

Bedroom 3:
Across the landing is the spacious master bedroom. Garden:
Off the conservatory is the garden with a large bench that is perfect for summer evenings!
