The house is situated on a private road, 5 minutes walk from the sea in a very quiet location and is the ideal place to enjoy an old fashioned English seaside holiday.

Patio doors that lead to the secure enclosed garden with a patio area with table and chairs and a children games chalet with a football table, games, books, bikes. We ask that children are always accompanied by an adult as we take no responsibility for the child's safety.
Large modern kitchen, with a range cooker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, microwave with plenty of cutlery and dishes... in fact everything you would need to make a slap up meal! With table and chairs.
The separate Dining room has a large Oak table and eight chairs and highchair. This room is also suitable as a work space.
Also there is also a utility room with freezer and washing machine and Tumble dryer.
As grandparents ourselves we have a good idea of what makes a holiday with a young family fun, relaxing and stress-free. Genuinely family friendly we have equipped the house with travel cots, high chair, bed guard, stair gates, socket covers, children's cutlery, plates bowls and beakers, potty.... as well plenty of indoor, garden and beach toys.
A holiday is not a holiday without a good night's sleep. Whether you're visiting for the weekend, a short break or an extended stay you will love our luxurious beds and fresh linen.
On the ground floor we have a very spacious bedroom with a comfy SUPER KING bed & en suite (bath with shower, sink and toilet) with double built in wardrobes and 50inTV. This is room is suitable for our less mobile guests or mums and dads who want a break from the kids!
Going upstairs
We have three bedrooms upstairs, one with a super king bed, a double and two singles in the other bedroom. There is a travel cot under the single bed.
A very large modern family bathroom, bath, sink, toilet, large shower.
Whatever your choice you can look forward to crisp hotel quality bed linen.

📷 On the front drive there is an active security camera that records, which monitors any movement on the drive. We have this as our insurance requires it. There is no other cameras in the house or at the rear of the property.
