Summary: Can’t fault the room. Very comfortable and everything is beautifully done. However, the check-in process is an absolute nightmare. You have to scan images of your identity and then your face when it’s 10 o’clock at night and there is bad light everywhere. It took me about five or six attempts. Then you have to upload credit card details. It took about 10 minutes and was super frustrating. Completely unnecessary when other hotels who operate with a code base system for entry don’t do that. And every time you book it, you have to go through the same rigmarole.Unfortunately, it means I would definitely think twice before booking again.
