Positive: We knew the area. We only stayed 2 nights. Parking was ok. Keys worked well. Bath and shower ok. Plenty of space for clothes etc. Kitchen has lots of cupboard and worktop space. Heating worked well. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of toilet paper and kitchen towel.

Negative: Getting the code was very long winded and needed quite a few phone calls. The security deposit was still pending 6 days after we left so we weren’t sure whether the £200 would be taken from our account. It was cancelled on day 7. There was no salt, pepper, sugar, tea etc at the property.
