Period seaside house refurbished to be upside down maximising magical views of Back Beach in Teignmouth in South Devon. Cook, eat, drink and relax on the top floor whilst enjoying the views of the sea and back beach, watching the boats pass by and the sun setting.
The house is located on the edge of the harbour side and has been fully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is located on the quayside next to the beach. The house is in the town with the shops and many restaurants and pubs very close by. Parking is in the nearby Quayside car park where daily c £4 and weekly tickets are c £30. Unpacking is easily done outside the house as parking is allowed with short term stay outside the house on the private quayside area.
The house has one bedroom downstairs, two on the middle floor and the lounge / kitchen is situated on the top floor to maximise the beautiful views. There is two bathrooms with one being a ensuite to the master bedroom. The third which would be ideal for children is situated on the middles floor and contains two bunk beds (4 beds). It must be noted there are steepish stairs leading to the top floor but hand rails are in place - adds to the charm and individual design of the house!
Wi-Fi is great for the children if its raining otherwise there are loads of activities from the amusement arcades, mini golf, children's playground, cafes, shops, Water sports such kayaking and paddle boards (hire available opposite the house at Sea Sports) to fishing or just lounging on the beach.
The house benefits from double glazing to the front of the house.
