Negative: The main bedroom had a leak so when we arrived there were 2 absolutely saturated towels on the floor by the window. The floor was totally squelchy on one side and totally unusable. I would have expected some communication around this! No hand towel in upstairs toilet and no cloth in the kitchen for wiping tables or bench’s.
