Positive: Loved the property had every thing we needed, shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms couldn’t be used as was blocked needs attention, apart from that was perfect for us

Negative: Nothing about the property it was the cleaner that was at the property when we arrived, she had a bad attitude and had already sent one of our party away saying that the place wasn’t booked for the weekend we were staying, and then when I arrive she was very rude to me I was told on my booking from 3pm she was saying 4pm so there was confusion what she was told, that wouldn’t have been so bad but she accused me of barging in when I hadn’t even stepped over the threshold of the place we arrive half an hour early and was willing to wait outside, my 6 year old grandson needed to use the toilet so we knocked and asked if he could use the toilet and again she was rude saying do you want this place cleaned or not, after she had contacted her managers and realised we had booked from 3 she changed a bit but the damage was already done , she was stressed because apparently the previous guest had left the place in a state, but that wasn’t our fault and it really did spoil the start of our short trip, having part of our party turned away was really not ideal, not the owners fault cleaning company I would say
