Positive: Very clean Really nicely decorated and equipped Everything you could possibly need Good communication Very comfortable Well thought through property with lots of safe lighting Nice garden Location is within 30 mins walk from city centre, no6 bus to city right outside house Parking straightforward

Negative: The owners have done everything within their control to make this property the best it can be. They’ve done a great job. The downsides had less impact than we initially thought and are out of their control: you can’t park on the drive, the bus stop queue is right outside the house and the house / garden / drive next door isn’t looking great.
