WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The Gables is a wonderful escape to Gwynedd, whatever time of year. Note: Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms, on furniture, or upstairs. Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Note: No all-male or all-female parties allowed. Note: Maximum of 4 children in the party. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 400 GBP. Please note: between April - September this property can only accommodate week-long bookings that must start on Saturday.
