The laburnum retreat is strictly for 2 guests only, we do not accept any arrivals check in after 6:30 pm, one car park space per room is permitted, strictly guests only no visitors, hot tubs are in use between 10am and 10pm, any misuse or fake tan will be charged for, communal bbq on paddock, these can not be moved, if wishing to use please bring own coal, if weather is bad they are not in use, this property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties, quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
