The space:
A rural property attached to another holiday let called The Lodge.
Apart from The Lodge there are no neighbours in the immediate area.
The entire property has just completed a full refurbishment...everything is sparkling new!
On the ground floor you have the lounge/diner/kitchen area leading on to the selfie room.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms with one ensuite and 3.5 other bathrooms.
Externally The Moorland has its own indoor hot tub room.
All garden areas and the car park is shared with The Lodge next door.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire part of The Moorland side.
Other things to note:
It is a two night minimum stay over a weekend. Sundays can be booked for a one night stay. Located right between Manchester and Leeds and just 10 minutes from the motorway.
Please take this as a formal advisory notice before any booking has been made. Cctv is active around the exterior of the property and the car park for vehicle registration. If bookings have been deceitful by bringing extra numbers of guests in or malicious damage has been caused to the property we will refer to the cctv.
