Positive: This place is a gem! Loz & Dez are simply amazing! Always attentive, whatever the time of day.

Negative: Attention to detail in the rooms with everything you need. Homely and cosy. This is our second stay. We were lucky to stumble across The Norman Guest last year. Prime location for our visit to Folkestone for the day. Parking is hassle-free. We get the bus (outside the front door) into Folkestone, so no parking worries. Thank you for making us so welcome 😊 See you next year!
