Summary: The other house is quite unique, I would say if they are to continue operating as a hotel there needs to be certain aspects that contribute to it being a hotel such as slippers, dressing gowns in rooms, complimentary biscuits, directions to the spa with arrows to show where it is. Also some of the receptionist staff could be more friendly. Overall it was a nice stay but there are some improvements to be made. Also the lighting could be better in the rooms.
