Summary: The bedlinen was clean, the toilet not so clean. The owners were friendly and quickly provided tea bags and toilet roll. Unfortunately the room we were originally assigned had no heating. We were moved to another room ,which was quiet after 11pm. It is situated within an easy 20 minute walk into Durham centre.
