Positive: The restaurant was very good and the food Staff very friendly

Negative: We went down to the restaurant They had a special on the burgers it said any burger for £18 and a pint so we ordered the station burgers and a pint each. The lad that served us took the order no problem The lady said that is not in the offer jet did say any burger so we ordered something else so a bit confused. I phoned up early in the day to see if they had any rooms for the night and asked how much a room would be she said we have 2 rooms left and I said how much she said £80.00 so left it at that So looked on booking.com and got it for £76.00 Why is cheaper to book on these sites and not directly to the hotel?
