Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: No breakfast but then it was self catering accommodation. The property was cosy and relaxing in a fantastic location. Clean and tidy and with a log burner , what's not to like ? Definitely recommend to everyone with the exception of the infirm or disabled , steep stairs ! Downstairs toilet is a bonus though ! The cottage is well equipped nevertheless and a panoramic view of Bassenthwaite to the hills beyond.

Negative: Parking is a problem with no dedicated space at the property.....

Summary: Peace and quiet in comfort !
