This charming holiday home is part of the breathtaking Hartland Heritage Coast, a 60-mile stretch of dramatic cliffs shaped by the Atlantic waves. The three-bed cottage is located in the peaceful village of Stibb, 4.5 miles from Bude and just 1 from Sandymouth Beach where you can admire cliffs of twisted rock formed 300 million years ago and join the South West Coast path to link to Duckpool (2 miles) and Northcott Mouth (4.5 miles). Widemouth Bay (7.5 miles) is a family favourite, with its vast open shoreline ideal for surfing and rock pooling at low tide. If you’ve got history aficionados in your party, don’t miss a trip to Tintagel (22.5 miles), steeped in King Arthurian magic. The picturesque fishing village of Boscastle (18.5 miles) is also within easy reach, promising charming harborside strolls and a taste of Cornwall’s rich maritime heritage.
On arrival, and passing through an attractive doorway, you’ll enter the hallway. The inside of this home has a neutral colour scheme with a lovely warm and welcoming feel. The open-plan living and kitchen area enjoys lovely views over the surrounding fields and out to sea. You’ll have a well-equipped kitchen, again with sea views and a dining table that comfortably seats four. The lounge space is complete with plush sofas, a TV, and a DVD player for relaxed evenings in. Heading back into the hallway you will find the ground floor double bedroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms; a second double with an en-suite shower room, and a twin that sits conveniently beside the main bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms feature TVs and large roof windows, so you can wake up to stunning views of the sea and farmland.
Outside, make the most of the enclosed garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for alfresco dining. There’s a grassy area for children and dogs to play on while you absorb the fresh Cornish air and peaceful ambiance.
