Perfectly located a few minutes drive to the historic town centre of Halifax in West Yorkshire. The apartment is within easy reach of motorways to Leeds or Manchester and the Leeds Bradford airport. Along with direct train routes to many major UK cities.
Nestled into the side of a hill with big sunny west facing views overlooking the town, which is famous for it's Georgian Grade 1 listed Piece Hall as seen in the BBC tv series The Antiques Road Show and nearby Shibden Hall made famous again on the BBC tv series Gentleman Jack, the former home of Anne Lister. Both attract thousands of tourists annually to visit these locations. More recently Piece Hall is the venue for world famous musicians such as Sting in 2023 with Tom Jones and Blondie to name two from a full line-up of famous musicians appearing in 2024.
If you enjoy walking, running or cycling then Halifax is the place for you with well sign posted footpaths as you step out of the door at the our apartment within easy reach of Shibden Hall for a coffee sand bite to eat at the cafe in the parklands.
Our apartment is fully equipped for cosy nights in cooking a meal. A dishwasher, oven with hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine with integrated drier are available in the kitchen. washing powders and dishwasher tabs are provided with washing up liquid and all your condiments for cooking a meal.

The queen size bed is located on a mezzanine floor, which whilst private is still open above the sitting room area for those wishing an early night if the TV is on and or lights. There is a head restriction through the beams at the top and not suitable for children. Ideal for long term stays for visitors.
The sitting room area is fully equipped with DVD player with many top movies and music CDs to entertain you along with a great selection of books to save you bringing any with you.
For those working away there is an area to work comfortably.
There is plenty of storage for bags and clothes provided. Full central heating and double glazing.
Our concierge service provides a weekly clean included with laundry washing of the linen and towels. Any laundry would be at an extra cost, more than happy to offer this service if requested.
A free parking space in provided directly across from the main front property entrance door. The main entrance is accessed with a code as is the apartment door to save keys and possible late arrival times.
