Positive: The location of the property was perfect for what we wanted. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Plenty to do within a short drive. Great beach access just a 5 minute drive away. Home made cake waiting for us on our arrival - yummy! Hosts were available and friendly but not intrusive. Accommodation was lovely, modern and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had two under counter fridges and one under counter freezer. The property provides for children, including cups, plates etc which was a great bonus for us. Towels were provided and were lovely and soft. Check out time was at 10am, although the information we received prior to arrival said 9am - so that was a bonus. We managed to check in slightly earlier as the housekeeping was done which was great as well after a long drive. There is a great view from the front of the house with horses and various birds and deer on the field opposite. All in all a perfect and beautifully presented ‘home away from home’! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Negative: Whilst there are 3 bathrooms, there are only 2 with showers (one being downstairs). For the amount of people the property sleeps, in our opinion, the property would benefit from a third shower/shower over the bath. The kitchen was really well equipped but I didn’t see anywhere in the information received prior to the stay what was already at the property. It would have been useful to know that there was oil / cling film etc. as more often than not these things aren’t provided so we took our own. Of course it didn’t detract from the stay but would have been useful to know beforehand to save us taking these items. Only one toilet roll provided per bathroom. Would have liked perhaps one replacement. Didn’t cause a problem as we noticed early on that there wasn’t any more so went out and bought some!

Summary: Fantastic stay! Highly recommend :)
