Summary: Room was clean, meal was nice. Stay here about 6 times a year for the last 12 years. A little on the expensive side but it’s a lovely place and convenient. Receptionist was not very friendly. For the first time since going there I was asked to leave card details as a deposit even though I’d paid up front. I stayed 3 weeks ago with a friend and was not asked details. My husband is staying next week as well. I have never felt so judged by one person. This was quite disappointing for somewhere I’ve been going for so long.
