The property is unusual. It was converted from a gym with swimming pool in 2011. The swimming pool area has been filled in and now forms a Courtyard Garden which the owners have built a garden room with sun deck over, ideal for al fresco living.
The property is a private home for 50 weeks of the year so is only available during the summer holidays.
It is situated over 3 floors with the Master Ensuite located in the loft with impressive views out over the River Dart and adjacent fields.
The middle floor is an open plan kitchen dining and lounge area with built in fridge freezer, induction hob and marble worktops and a breakfast bar. The walnut dining table seats seats 8 easilly.
Nearby are two luxurious sofas and coffee table around a flat screen TV with 'Roku' which has Netflix, Now TV, BBC Iplayer, ITV Player etc.
Sliding stacking Bi Fold doors open out onto the sun deck which has outdoor seating which you can sun-bathe privately in our walled Courtyard garden. There is also outdoor stairs from the sun deck down on to the manicured lawn below.
On the ground floor there are two further double sized bedrooms, a family bathroom with a wet room shower and towel rail and hallway.
The entrance hall opens to an oak floored garden room with 2 x 3 sliding stacking bifold aluminium doors that opens onto the courtyard garden. This area has a roof light which doubles up as a second living room with large flat screen TV and digital channels.
There is a utility room with washing machine, and tumble drier, boiler and hot water tank and downstairs American style fridge freezer.
There is car parking for 3 vehicles.
The property is perfectly situated for the Dartington Estate, Totnes, The Steam Train at Staverton with links to Buckfastleigh. We are close to nearby bike trails and walking on Dartmoor just a 10 minute drive away.
