The village of Winterton-on-Sea is within easy reach by car and boasts a vast beach and wildlife-rich nature reserve that has attracted colonies of Terns and rare Natterjack toads. The old fishermen's cottages and village church makes it an idyllic location to bring the family for a day out. Further afield is the city of Norwich with its two cathedrals and Norman castle, whilst the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth offers one of Britain’s largest open air markets.
