The Cartws is a truly stunning holiday cottage set in the Pembrokeshire countryside and with easy reach of many of the county's famous beaches. The open plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows providing incredible views across the Preseli hills.
This property is a characterful and sympathetic conversion from the old stables at Treicert farm and all the living accommodation is all one level making it easy access for any type of guests. This idyllic location 4 miles from the bustling town of Newport and is a perfect spot to share a family break, with many guests returning every year.
From the main hallway entrance, it leads off to the contemporary and fully-equipped white gloss kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient utility room with a washing machine. The dining table seats four in the open plan modern living area with vaulted ceiling, contemporary artwork and amazing country views through the full-length oak frame corner windows, enjoy whilst relaxing on the lovely leather sofas.
The spacious master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a feature stone corner wall, and a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table and a modern en-suite with power shower room with, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, toilet and handbasin.
French Doors from the living space lead to a gravelled courtyard with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the Pembrokeshire sunsets from the enclosed garden.
Weekly changeover day is usually Friday. All Bed linen & towels are included, please bring your own beach towels. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Off-road parking for 2 cars. There’s also a fenced pond within the farm grounds.
