Positive: Great location in the heart of Soho , Good standard . Lift . Fast answering host

Negative: Severe condition of check in and out. Lot of money for extra hour. No possibility to leave a luggage so big problem for those who are coming to London early and leaving late. Only one set of the keys for whole our bunch
