Situated adjacent to the owner, located in the centre of Talgarth market town, with an abundance of shops, public houses and places to eat all within walking distance.
The cottage itself has thick walls and beams throughout, and the lounge boasts an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove, a great and cosy social space for those chillier evenings. Open the windows and listen to the river Ennig flowing through the town.
There are plenty of places of interest in the area. Visit the restored Talgarth Mill, which is located a few yards from Cobble Cottage, where daily tours take place, and you can even sample some of the delights baked on sight. For those seeking wildlife and water, visit the Pwll-y-Wrach Nature Reserve, which has nice and easy walks to the waterfalls.
Cobbles cottage is 9 miles from the historic market town of Brecon, with its abundance of coffee shops and historic places to visit, such as the Royal Welsh Museum and Brecon Cathedral, take a walk along the Monmouthshire canal or even a barge ride!
