This part of the building has just three two bedroom apartments, each one finished to an extremely high standard. The building is situated just off Bootham on a quiet street, facing the historic ruins of St Mary's Abbey. First built in 1088 it is all that remains of one of the wealthiest and most powerful Benedictine monasteries in England.
Gallery Apartment is the ground floor apartment of this development and has been very thoughtfully appointed. The living area has a fully fitted kitchen with everything that you need, including plenty of storage space for all the tasty treats that you buy when you are out and about exploring. There is a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. There is then a spacious, comfortable seating area with a sofa and Retro Eames Brown Leather Lounge Chair and Footstool, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy your time in the living area. Whether its sat in front of the smart TV enjoying a film or a catch up on the days events, you will all have plenty of space to relax.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has a super kingsize bed that can be made up as a super king or two single beds, just great for sinking into and recharging for the next day. There is a luxurious en suite, complete with a bath with shower over, double sinks and underfloor heating.
