This apartment is next to the Ashton canal which is perfect for a short getaway with beautiful natural scenery as well as being a short distance away from the Portland Basin museum alongside the Bridge view cafe. There are also other small independent businesses in the area for guests to try. Boatmans walk is also very close to transport links around Manchester such as buses, trams and taxis making it convenient for guests to travel.
The apartment itself consists of four comfortable rooms with double beds as well as a hot drinks station and a hair dryer in each room. There is also a lot of storage space for guests to keep their belongings as well as a smart TV. This apartment is idea for families or work colleagues/ contractors.
As a self-catering house, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
There is a shared bathroom with a bath/ shower, toilet and sink.
Towels and linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans as well as utensils. There is also an electric hob, fridge/freezer, an oven and toaster for all the guests cooking needs.

The reasons for these rules are to protect our property and furnishings etc and also to be respectful and considerate of the neighbours by helping to deter poor/ antisocial behaviour and undesirable/ disrespectful guests.
We charge a security/behaviour refundable deposit off of £325 (which will be refunded in full within 5 working days of your departure).
“Parties” are completely forbidden.
- Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the property at any time must not exceed the number of people notified and paid for.
