Bathroom: bath with a separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
First Floor Dining room: dining table and 10 chairs. Lounge: comfortable leather seating. TV and feature stone fireplace. Kitchen: 4-ring hob with oven below, microwave, under the counter fridge & freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and 4 stools. Utility Room: Tumble dryer, washing machine and a second fridge. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV and Table tennis in garage. Outside: rear lawned garden, outdoor furniture for 8 people. Charcoal barbecue (in garage). For families: stair gates (for ground floor & 1st floor). Travel cot, potty and highchair available. Parking: Gated large driveway with ample parking, use of part of the garage for storage of bikes/surfboards etc. General: changeover day - Saturday.
