The cottage is in a secluded location, with the nearest house ¼ mile away, except for the owner’s farm house which is adjacent. It is approached down a farm track and bridle path, which opens out into the farm yard, with a natural duck pond.
The bridle path leads to Pwlldu Bay via a woodland trail and the bays at Pobbles and Three Cliffs are close at hand, with the unique “links in the sky” of Pennard Golf Club sitting on the cliffs above. The well stocked village shop and tea room is approx. ½ mile walk from the Cottage.
