The ground floor has a shower room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, and access to the small garden/patio. The first floor has a double room and a single room with garden facing views, and the living area at the front. The second floor has a bathroom, and double room with ladder leading into the loft conversion which has a quiet workspace desk with double sofa bed and great views across Horsham.

Outstanding services; simple check-in and check-out procedures The property was spotless, there was private parking for two cars, and it was equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, television, and high-speed internet. The staff is warm and friendly, and they respond quickly to questions. It was a wonderful experience during our nearly seven-week stay.
