All the living rooms are located on the first floor allowing you to make the most of the wonderful views. And if you enjoy cooking, you will love the large airy kitchen which boasts a coastal vista down over Lligwy Beach and beyond. And what a wonderful place to enjoy convivial breakfasts seated around the big kitchen table! The kitchen is well equipped with double ovens, two dishwashers, a double fridge freezer and an Espresso machine. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble drier and there's plenty of space to dry out sea-soaked towels.
For more formal meals, the dining room, which is next door to the kitchen, houses a huge mahogany table and chairs and there are French doors leading out onto a sheltered garden terrace.
This is a large house with plenty of room for social gatherings and with secrets spaces from which to enjoy peace and quiet. There's even an office with a big wooden desk and chair and printer – ideal if work has to join you on your holiday, which from time to time, can be the case.

And if you wind your way up a separate staircase from the kitchen, tucked in the eaves of the house is a further large double bedroom with a zip & link bed that can be made into two singles on request; there's a bathroom across the landing, and combined they create a quiet space to rest, away from the buzz of the rest of the house.
