Welcome to our beautiful home in Cayton Bay holiday park Scarborough.
The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a eyeline built in microwave an Airfryer and is fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery
The static is a perfect place to relax and offers a Smart television in all the bedrooms and
free Wi-Fi internet access.
We have wrap-around decking with Rattan furniture and seating with table to enjoy the beautiful surroundings,
There are 3 bedrooms in this van which contains a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 people.. we have 2 sizes of toddler bed guards and all bedding and towels are included.
There is one family shower room, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is also a separate toilet and sink basin.
House Rules:
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed.
-Please keep the decking gate closed
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property with room for 3 cars..
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
-PLEASE take off shoes on all carpeted area's
-PLEASE LOCK ALL DOORS and windows when you leave the van anytime.
-Please leave the van tidy and please report any spillages so we can bring the correct equipment to clean it..
- Please empty all waste bins and food waste to the nearby site bins and take all unwanted food from cupboards and fridge/freezer with you ..on departure leave all interior doors open all windows fully closed.
