Cosy terraced cottage sleeping 6 plus 1 toddlers bed ( free upon request)with modern kitchen and wood burner in village setting with off-road parking, beautiful courtyard garden and 24-hr free parking on road if needed. 5 mins from J30 on M1, Clowne has superb amenities. Close to Sherwood Forest, Peak District, Clumber Park, Creswell Crags, Bolsover Castle, Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall. Cycling, climbing, walking, horse riding all local. The brand new single beds in bedroom 1 are zip-and-link, joining to make a 5ft double if preferred.
The key will be left in a lock box so there is no pressure on arrival times.
The private off road parking would suit 1 small or medium size car. There is ample free space directly outside on the road at all times to suit larger vehicles.
I will leave wood/coal for 1 cosy night for the woodburner. More can be purchased at the Tesco garage in the village.
Seasonal fruits are growing in the garden, guests are free to pick them. Raspberries in abundance, strawberries, plums, apples and cherries.
Deep cleaning of the house will take place between guests or weekly where guests book a long stay. The garden will also be maintained at the same time. Further cleaning can be undertaken at request; there will be an additional charge of £40 for this additional service
We live in Clowne and will be on hand should any problems arise
